It started many years ago when my son got his first pair of Marzocchi carbon fiber sinister BMX forks. I learned that Marzocchi USA headquarters was close to home. Becoming friends with the technicians, getting help & advice, acquiring a large quantity of used Marzocchi forks and parts from a bicycle swap meet... I was on my way.

I take care of the environment where I live, work and PLAY! Yes! I am a rider myself and have been at it since age 5 between bmx, road bikes and skateboards. After four years on eBay, I became a top seller with many HAPPY customers from around the world.

As a dedicated One-Man-Show, I invest over four hours into the meticulous care of every fork that comes my way. My process begins with a comprehensive teardown of the fork, during which I carefully disassemble all components. Each part is then rigorously cleaned using eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaners, ensuring a thorough and responsible approach. Following this, I conduct a detailed inspection and replace any worn or damaged parts as well as perform any necessary machine work to guarantee optimal performance.
I also take the time to touch up the paint, restoring the fork to its finest appearance, and polish all aluminum surfaces to a brilliant finish. Every bolt is securely locktightened to prevent any issues down the line, and I meticulously adjust the custom spring oil height to ensure the correct viscosity, tailored to your specific needs.
Additionally, I am proud to say that both the fork oil I use and the packaging materials for my work are sourced from recycled materials, reflecting my commitment to environmental sustainability. This comprehensive process ensures not only that your fork operates at peak performance, but also that it does so with care for our planet.
